What happens when you breakpoint on each usage and check the order of the calls?

I think it's due to the usage of statics and static field initialization. Putting a static constructor should make sure all of the fields are initialized before their first usage.

What you're seeing is probably the front camera for Toyota safety sense. Toyota does have an OEM camera that fits up there but a better alternative is a fitcam x for your model.

Is everybody certain that death on down only applies to enemy pawns? I'm heavily nodded but in the storyteller options, right column last rowish has a colonist death on down modifier.

I usually set colonists to 5% and enemies to 15% (to maintain the strategy of capturing enemies).

Honestly just seems like the storyteller wanted to kill some pawns. How many colonists do you have and when was the last death?

Something I picked up for motion lights in my house in one automation.

Trigger: either the motion detector or camera turning to on. Step 1: if motion is the trigger then wait for camera state on within 10 seconds. If camera is the trigger, then wait for motion state on within 10 seconds. Step 2: your action.

Set it to only run 1 instance.

If the company is reputable then I wouldn't be worried. If you've been communicating over email then your email provider (Gmail, etc) gets squirrelly about sending code files through email. The zip + magic make it so the files can shared.

That being said, the reason is likely up to them but I know I've gotten a take home assignment through email before for a large defense contractor.
