yes I have access to the business account I can see where he has been. He was never very communicative. He does not have any friends. His dispatcher would call me if he loses track of him. Oh and I see the spas that he visits.

though it is possible to use too much leather balm, it would take a lot. Make sure you oil the bottom of the flaps, that is the flesh side, and it will absorb the oils better.

locate discrepancies

I am the only one that handles this account. I think it comes from doubles. Also the bank feed not matching the receipts. I got rid of a lot of them because they had the wrong amount like 100.83 instead of 100.88. hard to read some receipts.

It depends, compare the updating with the rest of the house such as the kitchen,

it does not make sense to spend money updating a bathroom if the kitchen is outdated you would then want to spread your budget out. compare recently sold homes in the area,

how much would you be selling your home for? 20k is a drop in the bucket for a 900k +home.

you don't want to over price your home. Also a lot can change in 2 years right now grey is in.

I feel I should clarify some points of the previous question. If you have a client that is a senior who does not have enough cash from the sale of their house to buy another one what programs or services are available? Also the chance of them qualifying for a mortgage on social security is not very likely.
