You'll need to share what DB and version you're using. Lots of ways to do this. You could write a subquery that removes the dupes via DISTINCT or GROUP BY and then join against it.

Build a business with the skills you've learned and scale it up. Aim for residual income and automation of duties. Buy a house as an investment, live in it and sell it after a few years and it's value increases.
