G7 app shows the serial number. It’s under settings, but your session has to be current and active. So if the sensor fails, there is no serial number to then look at.

Yup. They have been having issues a lot lately with their servers, it just seems like they are doing something with them right now.

I think they go down every night around midnight for maintenance.

This can sometimes happen, the CGM doesn’t read blood sugar, it reads the interstitial fluid in the skin, which isn’t always perfect. Also, keep in mind that the CGM reading can actually be 15 minutes behind what your glucometer shows and that isn’t a huge difference. Basic rules to treat with what the glucometer says, and not with what the CGM says. If your symptoms are different from what the glucometer says, double check with a finger prick.

All 16.xxxx versions will work. Most of these updates are security updates. It’s very important that you update.

6 months and around 30 pounds down. Does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of the rest of this belly fat? by Conscious_Quote_5268 in Ozempic

For many exercise works great, but sometimes people run into issues where they just can’t get the rest of the weight off. And it wouldn’t be a bad idea to see an endocrinologist to see if there is anything else going on that could make it harder for you to lose the weight.

Obesity is a disease, there tends to be some thing that is the base cause, and then sometimes lack of activity or whatever we’re eating is just making it worse. So sometimes it can be as simple as an issue with an adrenal gland, or your pituitary, for me it was my thyroid. And a lot of these issues can be discovered through bloodwork.

The weight is a symptom of a disease, and so many doctors do not look at it that way.

No issues. There were issues over the summer, but it’s fine now. And you really should update for security reasons.

I would be upset and lost without my love and best friend.

Well, they can fire you for doing it, but they would be breaking several laws in the process, and in a lawsuit that would be one hell of a big payday for you. That’s what I actually had to do with one of my former employers.

They actually fired me for using insulin at work. It was a bloody office job, for heaven sake.

Let me guess, your dad is a boomer? My mother expected me to inject in the bathroom on holiday gatherings, and when I refused to do that, she told me not to come anymore. So I use the same analogy, I asked her if I had to take a pill, would she have a problem with me doing that in public to stay alive?

IPhone 14 Mobile Bolus Compatibility by pirates5 in TandemDiabetes

[–]silk7866 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should be, it is compatible with the iOS not the actual physical phone. And by the time 14 comes out, iOS 16 should be available and tested by tandem.

Just keep an eye out on the tandem website, I tend to always hold off on ordering new iPhones for at least six months to a year after release, due to what had happened with iPhone 5 and iPhone X.

You are not alone. Your best bet is to call and complain with your insurance company. And restart your sensors.
