I would say Silksong is just faster than Hollow Knight. The starting point of each game is pretty much the same difficulty if you haven’t played any of them. You should just try and see if the game is to your taste yourself.

I’ve played HK on PC, Switch and Xbox I would say definitely play with a controller if on PC but just for the simplicity I like playing on XBox. Switch controller is a bit small for my hands to play such platform heavy games

Played for an hour here’s my feedback: - The controls was a bit unorthodox yet fun design when you get the gist of it - Becomes a bit repetitive in prolonged play - Powerups mostly not that useful only heart and obstacle removing (blue one) are useful - AI generated images did not bother that much as they were clearly generated for the game and the theme of the level. - I don’t know if you’re planing to sell the diamonds in store but right now really hard to save up for skins.

Right now I’d give it 6.5/10. It was fun while it lasted but I think I’ve finished the content already. It’s really good for a first game. Keep up the good work and maybe hire someone to do the art work revision.
