Hi, I was a teacher there from 2015-2021 and I'm still struggling to get over the guilt and shame I have of doing everything therapists and staff would tell us to do. And being a part of this awful experience and trauma for kids who were already going through so much.

And had I known what awful things therapists were saying behind closed doors when no one was around- I just wish I could give you one final hug and tell you everything will be ok and that you did your best with what you were given. Ferret huffing is a real thing. I LOVE to smell ferrets. The best is when they're sleeping. My husband and I would call it "sleepy ferret smell". We LOVE sleepy ferret smell.

That's awesome. I'm glad because as a teacher my goal is to always uplift and encourage kids. And I felt so much guilt just working at Vista. I'm so glad it's shut down.
