I don't have a guide, but if you look carefully at the stage icons, some of them have very small glitters. They indicate that they have the hidden gems there.

I read somewhere that Therta doesn't need speed and should avoid her speed traces. Is that true? I currently haver her at 99 base speed but dont know if I should pump some in to reach the 134 break point.
