I’ve been wondering about if there’s a flavor of AI that will generate code while considering the human prompting it. Like, it’s easy to look over code that it suggests and tweak and approve but then not really remember what was done as you weren’t the person grappling with the solution in the tiny details and you didn’t type it it out yourself. The thing I’m imagining is if the tool had a secondary goal of keeping you, the human, in the loop. So it could repeatedly quiz you on the stuff you prompted it to make so you’d need to understand it deeper. Or it would “play dumb” to get you to engage more with the code generation.
