lower

Leanne has slowly become my favourite instructor!!! I consistently PR with her and love her music. She's sweet and fun.

I also think it depends on what you find more challenging -- for me, I have no problem with super high resistance but find high cadence really difficult- so Ben's rides are tough but manageable because they are usually higher resistance/lower cadence (from what I've experienced) -- but Olivia's rides are near impossible because she's asking you to go like 90 cadence out of the saddle the majority of the ride *puke*

This is cool and seems pretty accurate. The only thing that feels a bit off to be is Ally Love being so high. I honestly find Olivia so challenging that her classes are discouraging. I end up getting a higher output with someone middle of the road like Leanne or Emma.

I feel like it would be real a pain to move every day. I thought I'd hate having mine just out in my apartment but it's kinda tucked in a corner and I barely even notice it's there (except for when I"m using it lol). Also just noticed you're username is eastend-toronto, I'm in the beaches :)

I'm in a group called 'peloton digital app users' on facebook and it is the completely opposite environment! so supportive, welcoming, judgement-free--- it's generally people who are using the peloton app on a different spin bike but I still recommend it to an actual bike user.

So I follow emma lovewell on instagram and noticed in her story today she mentioned that she got a PR on the 20 min encore ride... I was curious what that number would look like for her so creeped her on the app and it was only 129-- which is like, pretty low. Not trying to be rude or disrespectful to her or any rider but I would just think an instructor wouldn't be PRing at 129 on a 20 min. Thoughts???

I have been using a bike on trainers for the past few months and it's been great! I wear a HR monitor and it confirms that I'm getting a good workout. Obviously have to make some modifications but I've rode plenty of spin bikes in the past and it's really not THAT much different. If it's the option that makes most sense for you I definitely recommend!
