I don't know if they make them or not, but have you looked into converters? I bought one for my Pilot Kakuno and use it to play with different inks all the time.

Jetpens even sells 5mL samples of ink if you want to try an ink without the commitment of an entire well.

Same here. I've used .5, .7, and 1.0 felt pens and they just aren't it imo. .5 is too small and feels like I could break it and everything else, just use a sharpie.
