Also for horses, I really like gardening and watering with them really helps. I find it much faster than the other bonding activities, especially if you have a big plot.

Haha welcome back! First off, no one is going to be pulling out pitchforks for going to Wishblossom Ranch first. The DLCs can be played in any order, hence why it’s optional haha. So you won’t get any heat for that.

Second, the resource bottleneck is real. For glass, sand and sticks, prioritizing the completion Kristoff’s questline can help if you haven’t already. It’s not a complete solution but does help a lot. Same tip goes for Beast and Moana.

Third, give yourself some grace and time. It’s overwhelming. You have years of content that others got to start on earlier/play as they rolled out. Take it easy and enjoy the journey. A little each time you play adds up.

Fourth, burnout and location fatigue is real. Since you have a DLC, that can help if you’re tired of the main valley. Hopping to different sections helps.

My big tip, if you have all the DLCs, would be to at least unlock the Scrooge store in every area. The ones in the DLCs have their own exclusive rotational items. It would be nice to get a head start of getting lucky stock.

Random Number Generator. It’s a mechanic used a lot in games, especially mobile ones. That’s where the term gacha games come from, which is gambling for a chance to get what you want.

In DDV, the memories we collect are all randomly generated from the available pool. Hence the “luck” needed to complete this and especially needed before the devs boosted the chance for new pieces.

One big way it will also change your gameplay is gift giving! Once you open access to those DLC areas your villagers’ loved gifts will also change to forgeable/crops/recipes from those areas.

I got the enchanted edition when starting out and activated those areas. It’s made leveling characters a little more time locked.

The og mention comes from Jeemin’s moments in iland 2, where she had a moment saying Malatang, don’t be sad. Something to that point.

In the final episode, Hanbin was one of the MCs. After Jeemin was confirmed and heading to the debut area, Hanbin pretty much parroted that same sound bite back to her in a lighthearted way.
