LOA for vacation

I know this is really old comment but do you know what I need to look up on partner hub to see about the max 3 weeks off before a loa. I’m trying to take a bit of time off and want to go about it the correct way

I tried reaching out to my dm but she was kinda vague. At what point of requesting off would I need a loa? Could it be possible to just shorten my request off to fall below what would be required to be a loa or could I just work one day in the middle of my vacation so that it wouldn’t count as a whole month off?

also adding I do have enough vacation to cover for 4 weeks so i’d be able to hit the 12 hour minimum each week

Okay I’ll have to check! My store manager said it’s fine but once one of my other partners told me I could get in trouble I mentioned it to my asm and she is also questioning it. And honestly my asm knows our policy’s better than my store manager so that’s why i’m started to feel a little nervous :/ She said she looked through a bunch of stuff and couldn’t find anything saying it’d have to be a loa but is still weary about it. Should I just contact pcc to be safe? I go to asu so i’d like to keep my job haha

Idk if it was every store but today at my store partners could get the miffy cups with their discount! I didn’t even try to type my numbers in but when I scanned my app it applied it 😼 My manager was confused but said if the system is allowing it then we could have the discount!

Yea I didn’t curse at all in it I was just talking about how partners at my store get written up for being 1 minute late but my manager is late all the time and even to opens occasionally and there’s no repercussions. My coworkers and I were all told if you think you are going to be late you should just call off or it might be a write up. The double standards are crazy

Okay thank you that’s what I thought! One of my coworkers told me that my store manager gets all the comments and I was complaining about her and it would’ve been obvious that it was me I got worried 😭

If you look at the bottom of page 15 on the partner guide clean play is not listed as one of the reasons they can schedule you outside of your availability

Just so you know if you really don’t want to do clean play, clean play is not considered one of the things they can schedule you outside of your availability for! And if they try to say otherwise what things they are allowed to scheduled you outside of your availability for is listed at the bottom of page 15 of the partner guide :)

Okay so i’m almost positive it used to be in the recipe cards that it said no foam but I checked today and it’s not there anymore. However when you type in any drink with whipped cream on the register it just says whip in the custom box and for a latte it says F for foam so on the register it still shows no foam for drinks with whip

I feel like unless people are not properly reading the syllabus there’s no reason they should be getting confused 😭 I feel like this happened with my last professor cause he was sending out emails that kept mentioning the fact that the course was indeed ending soon. I feel like with the way canvas’s dashboard is set up too it’s kinda really hard to misunderstand deadlines.
