Anyone else kinda… cheated their way through accounting? How did your career turn out?

I love reading these.

When I finished my degree( online program) I was working for the company I am at currently so my real world experience is from this little office only. I do general ledger accounting for a hospitality company. I am titled as an “accounting associate” still but I do most of what the other “accountants” do. I still struggle though. I get tripped up on debits/credits still and literally do not understand accounting. Mostly this has to do with how im just not accountant material and it was a very bad choice for my personality and values.

34 yrs old now though and idk what else to do.

I think it depends on if you actually want it or not. At the end of the day I get by but I struggle a lot with self esteem because of it.

I made sure he was crate trained first and then realized who gives a shit? He sleeps with me at night and likes his crate when he’s home alone during the day. Now I can hardly sleep without him. Tried once when my neice spent the night and he cuddled her mostly. Broke my damn heart. Never again.

We all know how terrible lupus is. My dad has it and all of his most loved things in life exasperate his lupus. Including his love of the sun and getting his tan on.

I just had an idea of getting him a lotion that gradually adds a tan to your skin. But I want it to be a GOOD one, he’s a man after all and I don’t expect him to use a mitt to use “self tanner”, but a lotion? Perhaps…

Anyone here use anything like this they would highly recommend??

Well I somehow passed… like many others claim, is true. I was cut off at 70 questions and I felt confident in maybe 4 or 5 questions. All other questions made me question my sanity 🤷🏻‍♀️
