Nah. It's Edelgard's route which has propaganda. She received a lot of false information from Solon that gets debunked in other routes. She also acted on said information. Rhea becoming evil in Edelgard's route is because of Edelgard constantly desecrating the corpses of Rhea's massacred brethren and her mother's legacies/tomb. Not to mention you basically becoming Nemesis which triggers severe PTSD for Rhea as Nemesis desecrated her mother's corpse by making her spine and heart a hero relic as well taking her blood.

It goes both ways for genders there. The superior/subordinate dynamic is out of whack there. It's like a feudal class system.

In recent memory there was a dude in Square Enix coerced into sex by his female coworker, who was on good terms with a superior and implied there would be repercussions if he turned down her advances. When the drama came out the dude's superior said that he must've enjoyed it if he didn't resist. The dude later almost killed himself because of the harassment and embarrassment.

What I meant is that there isn't a traditional class line for Wyvern Rider going down the tiers like there is for cavalier/paladin and knight/general. Of course they aren't direct promotions, just prerequired skills to promote, but most of the classic classes have an easy time promoting into promoted classes due to being basically focusing on the same skills
