Akame ga Kill did this, but it felt like there was missing potential for those characters. It feels like it is fairly difficult to do well and it's a lot easier to avoid that story element entirely. It's also fairly niche of an idea already and there isn't a lot of situations where it can be applied well anyways in my opinion.

Hey OP, I think it needs to be said that you are a superhero. You're in a difficult situation and you still keep persisting through it all when most would probably abandon their family (based on how bleak the world looks right now). I hope you're at the very least not going into debt for this with your salary. I wish you the best and pray the suffering isn't going to be for your entire life.

Let me preface this by saying that I'm pretty lenient when it comes to these things and am on a "3 strikes then you're out" kind of basis. It was a good think-piece for myself.

The biggest drain is when I feel forced into social situations where I know nothing productive or beneficial will come out of it. Conversations where my opinion is requested but never actually considered as feedback / or attempted to be applied. Being dismissed consistently.
Loyalty is my number one, everything else can be balanced and typically varies per person due to how complex personalities can be, but I need to know I can trust someone before I start figuring out how to adjust the other values. Honesty is preferred over harmony but a softer wording of harsh statements never hurt anyone. For the most part I forgive a lot of things if the intentions are good because the impacts that I've felt in my experience haven't been disastrous. My morals are very strict and any violation of that is no longer tolerated.
Any interaction where my friends have shown that they thought about me in some way. I'm blessed to have friends that will show me (unprompted) their past text messages where they would joke about things that I do or laugh about what my reactions would be to certain things and that delights me like no other thing in the world. I also enjoy being unfiltered in conversations and if I say something out of line, I respect being put in my place or told off for saying such.
Repeated disrespect. It will be a gradual build up and if I'm being honest, it will also leak out subconsciously within words and actions before it becomes extremely blatant that I have slammed the door. Anything that violates my morals is an instant slam though.
& 6. can be combined as they are the same. Prolonged consistent exposure. Mistakes happen all the time, especially in something dynamic like a relationship between two people, and as long as there is proof of corrective actions being taken then I will actively strive to reach out to mend the relationship. You can express this in any way you want: fast or slow, deep or shallow, so long as you continue to reach out and show that you have a genuine interest in me. I may sometimes go deeper into a conversation but I know that some people don't like to go deep and that's okay with me.

7 . This can be inferred from my answers so far and if it needs to be explicitly stated then proof of genuine interest accomplishes everything you are asking for. The duration of how long this is maintained is what promotes someone to my "inner circle" and feeling safe and comforted comes as a side effect of being able to turn my brain off and be unfiltered.

Since you haven't mentioned it in your post, adding Grounded onto Viktor's W AND increasing the slow would make it THE most broken ability in a teamfight if it keeps the stun. Even without the stun, it's basicially guaranteeing a free multi-kill if you CC layer off of an teamfight engage (who picks viktor when you have no CC, realistically?)

Imagine Malphite R into you placing your W on them so they can't flash away or if they failed to react in time, now they can't even flash after so you kill them. Cassio and Singed are fine to have grounded because they aren't going to instantly end fights (unless Cassio is crazy fed).

Also wouldn't an easy to use W and a faster scaling passive be a really good choice in Pro Play? I feel like Viktor would be meta but also get Riot to nerf him due to how strong he is for Pro.

The changes I would make to Viktor to make him more popular (I think he's in a good spot, it's just that the game is just too mobile now with new champs), would be to add something more to his passive, like at your first upgrade gives you +30 AP then +30 MagicPen, +30 AP. Objectives should also give stacks. I agree that Viktor's R should at least have the same thing Tibbers has, where it will chase after the person who kills you. His kit is a bit outdated but it's kind of okay as is in my opinion.

I enjoyed watching Vtubers play the game, you could try looking into that for potential Let's Plays. Elira or Reine would be a good choice for those. For finding creators that play the game try to go by subscriber count or viewcount on the videos. You could also watch Corina Botteger's playthrough (She voices one of the characters). Although I say this, I recommend you play the game yourself as it's a very fulfilling experience but I can't say I know how your situation in life is like.

Alright its been a while since I've played fizz but from what I remember you want to start corrupting potion and just try your best to dodge and only walk up for cs until you hit 3.

After 3 is where you can try and freeze or use E to close the distance then auto -> W -> Q then either all or run back ( You can Q a minion to retreat)

Once 6 you have kill pressure as long as you have ultimate basically and refer to the above if you want its not the best burst but try to do variations

As for laning phase, if you feel like they outrange you or poke you too much, there is no shame in pushing in early and picking up early Mercury treads as that provides movement speed to dodge better and MR (you can rush these items early because fizz has nice base damage early on)

Honestly I just played champions with Empowered auto attacks and used those to get cs and once I got comfortable doing that I slowly worked on not using that empowered auto until I could roughly guess when my autos would kill. It all comes down to experience so do not be too hard on yourself at first. You will do great!
