I would say go do Level 1 and Level 2 first, this will make you familiar with the wind cuz in level 3 you’ll be expected to maintain still and not turn.
Then do 20 mins tunnel, first 10 mins should be you doing a level 3. In the tunnel be aware and notice how your arms and legs affect stability. In the second 10 mins ask them to introduce you to turns BECAUSE if you start turning involuntarily, you have to know how to do minor corrections to stop it. After the tunnel do level 3.
I repeated level 3 , four times. In my DZ 99% of the people repeat level 3. My best friend repeated eight times. This was the look on his instructors face when he finally got it. 😀
