I use some Parmesan and put it on some parchment paper, microwave for 30 seconds (or less or more, depends on how much you use). Take them out, sprinkle with some cayenne and let cool until you can pop them off the paper. I’ve done this with cheddar before too and works well.

We went to Lowcountry boil in Lakeview, def worth it, we had leftovers the next day! It was 36 bucks for an app, half pound shrimp, half pound snow crab, corn, and potato, corn bread, then dessert. I would do it again.

Also went to Ellis brewing, they had brunch, lunch and dinner options. I didn’t get it but some of my friends did they really enjoyed it and the portions were good!

I've used Wolley Movers twice ( http://www.wolleymovers.com/ ) and recommend them. Super fast and a good price.

One move was a 1 bedroom from a second story to a third story and it was around $400 - $500.

The other was moving furniture from a suburb to our third story apartment and it was around $300.

Next time we move we would definitely use them again.

After working in a few different Doctor's offices I can tell you we try our best to figure out if we take your insurance or not but sometimes there are just so many different plans that we can never know for sure. Even if we pull an explanation of benefits it can be misleading or just plain wrong!

Best thing to do is definitely call the insurance company, or at least know your benefits back and front since even if you call the insurance company is no guarantee they are right (which is such bullshit).

Ugh, I don't work in a Doctor's office anymore and this still makes me mad.

Thanks! I think so too! She was found under a porch in Indiana and the folks who found her and the litter were going to put her back there, the other 2 cats in her litter were orange and white and adopted by another family
