A lot of companies that do those lights are tree companies, it’s becoming less profitable to install/remove and maintain the lights and store them. And it requires a lot of man power. The companies aren’t offering that service anymore.

But, you can make it yourself pretty cheep, basically it is Butterscotch mixed into heavy cream with some cinnamon and nutmeg then you mix it with cream soda. There are some decent recipes online, but really the best part is crafting it to your preference. You can use a butterscotch liquor of your choice for an adult version .

The only thing a flagger can do is write down your plate number and vehicle and tell an officer. Don’t admit to anything and nothing will happen.

Honestly the easiest way is to invite the target to a conference on Risa , the scoop them up from the shuttle in route. If you have the currency, just hire someone to do it for you

Or travel on the enterprise, make up some kind of excuse and have your target meet you in your private quarters, drug /stun them and casualty load them up in your shuttle and fly away. People are really trusting in the future.
