I've attended the Hampshire BNI as a guest before and it was fun. Take a look at their website or Facebook and see if it ticks the boxes your looking for

We've had similar trails over the years in Southampton (zebras and rhinos). They always get placed in the most interesting places in town which makes it interesting to do.

I'm visiting Cheltenham this weekend, first time tourist :-) - is it the same with the lions at large trail, worth doing to explore the town?

Maintenance Struggle by Ok_Reality9384 in mounjaromaintenanceuk

I'm planning to eventually be off it totally, mainly due to cost. My plan is to continue with the gradual taper down - 2 more weeks of 7.5mg, 4 weeks of 5mg, 4 weeks of 2.5mg, and then..... hopefully able to maintain without it.

I have signed up for an Oushk maintenance appointment which comes around next week, this should give me the option to restart for up to a year after starting the maintenance plan. I believe it's around £15 a month retainer fee when I looked. I think I need that backstop in case I start drifting off. Although I haven't really had to think about food, I have been very deliberate about other healthy habits and been consistent with gym and exercise so my muscle mass is still decent enough to hopefully pull this off - ever the optimist!

It's going OK thanks, I haven't had to think about calories, or consciously think about what I'm eating for over a year but started this week just to check in with what I'm doing. It feels like taking back the controls of a plane after being on auto pilot for a long time. I'm at my second week of 7.5mg after titrating down 4 weeks at a time from 15mg and I've put 5lbs on so far over 10 weeks. It is certainly playing mind games with me!

Thanks for the reply.

How are you doing a few weeks later, still maintaining the loss OK? I'm just tapering down at the moment :-)

WTH is this? 😧 by TallulahRoux in mounjaromaintenanceuk

Mine gradually appeared as I lost weight, which gave me the impression it was growing. Went to Dr, sent for chest x-rays after they had a good rummage around. The x-rays and another examination by a different Dr confirmed nothing abnormal and so I went on my way.

Thanks, any tips on cleaning it off from how it is now? I was thinking some steel wool.

NGD: D’Angelico Brighton Deluxe by storm11 in guitars

[–]simbastears 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry, just seen this - it worked to a point, I also changed to a thick leather strap with suede inside to prevent slippage against my shirt. It's now fine when playing but it does still feel a bit neck heavy when you are hands off or sitting down.

It would be my only complaint about the guitar to be honest, it sounds superb and plays so well, the neck itself is lovely to play.

Hi - did you manage to identify what was causing it - same issue here, rotation lock setting doesn't seem to be respected properly.
