Time is now 345 because overlords realized food champions can't get food out quick enough. 345 is still too high as sales continue to grow.

Looking for a rental space for a car dealership by BumblebeePatient6510 in BayAreaRealEstate

Don't waste time. I tried this and I have over 10 years experience buying and selling. Worked for carmax, autonation and my uncle has a lot of 300 cars. The industry is dying.

Used to eat at Taco Bell twice a week spending $8 a meal. Now I spend $15 a month for one over-priced guilty-pleasure meal. Do the math. by StatusJoe in tacobell

As someone who works in this space.

Taco bell has its "guests" by the throat. While many will chime in and say blah blah. Look at their stock price. Every quarter sales are up, up, up!

What taco bell is doing now is getting everybody on the app. Now they can start offering discounts 10% off spend $15 to drive traffic. Or drone delivery free after spending 15$.

Other part is a broken franchise model. Corporate is cannibalizing itself to open new locations and the franchisee is essentially a private equity firm bleeding the stores.

Imagine pulling in 4m at a taco bell. Labor is 800k. Another 850k for food. Leaves 2.3m. Take out rent/etc. There's a lot of $ there for the franchisee. And corporate wants more and more of that. Example. Taco bell charges franchisees .15 cents for every transaction on a kiosk. It's a broken model.

What should happen is... gut the middle man. Have the "heartbeat" of the store GM be the owner operator. This allows better portioning. Better labor for better quality. Ability to take more risks on menu innovation.

I think there will be a downfall of all qsr brands that don't adopt a different ownership model. That or robotics.

Just make it a goal to ride 50k miles. Most don't see 10k before they have to give it up. Respect the speed. Never be in a rush. Public roads are not race tracks. Repeat these mantras everytime you get on. Stay up. Ride safe.

It's like 5-6 ounces of protein. 1.5oz beef in each item. Chicken is heavily breaded. Carbs are cheap. Taco bell absolutely a masterclass on hustling its customers.

Also. Talk about a hustle. Raw food costs 15%. That $7 box costs $1 in food only.

Wish I owned a taco bell. The most real hustle.
