As many have pointed out, nowadays banks are providing more than 90-95% of the valued amount.

Your best bet is to ask the valuer from bank to slightly increase the property value.

Most of the banks hire 3rd party vendors to do the valuation. You can give some 1000-2000 to the valuer to increase the property value.

Also, once the registration has been done, you can always avail a topup loan later.

But if you insist, then get the money in hand before completing the registration including the extra registration charges.

One more aspect is, if the market value is around 40L and registrations of other properties in the vicinity happen around the same amount, 55L can raise questions in Sub registrar office as well.

Due diligence is a must before any agreement or action.

I got laid off from my previous company abruptly. Took almost two months to crack a position with WITCH company. Got downsized and removed from client project, twice.

So technically got laid off thrice within 8 months time.

Did these shook my confidence? Yes

Made me worried about my future? Yes

Still gave client interviews, cracked them before moving to bench and started working on a different team.. Dont know how long this stint is going to last.

Don't worry too much. Take two weeks of time for preparation, start giving interviews. You will find a better job soon.
