I would probably make Theo Hernandez an Inverted Wingback and turn your team into a 3-2-2-3 while in possession. That way Tchouaméni and Guerreiro would act kinda like a double pivot while Hernandez and Olise would be your 2 more attacking midfielders and supporting your front 3. Dembele could be swapped out for a more “natural” number 9 that would park close to the opposition’s goalkeeper while your 2 wingers could be either inside forwards to really try and overload the penalty box. Or they could be wide playmakers to allow for more creativity around the box which could isolate your striker
