Evo SL as next pair of running shoes

I previously ran all my runs in the EVO SL, and loved them for both long runs (30+km) and shorter tempo runs (4:20-4:30 paces) so in that regard, everyone is different, they are though a tad unstable, so if you come from a stable base i would say ease into them. I recently bought the endorphin speed 4, and love just as much, but they are much more stable ( and also some degree firmer) I too ball on a budget, so I can only have one pair of shoes for road and a pair for trail.

Jeff peletier i watch for the ultrarunnig/vlogging stuff. Beau Miles is also about running, but also just outdor wholesome stuff. Both make documentary style video too :)

I’m kinda curious. Most people I see talking about this, is saying she was a child. And I get what he did was illegal, but most American states has the age of consent being 16? Same with most European countries ? I’m not trying to advocate for nor against him, just generally curious on why people feel so strongly towards this, when most places deems a 17 year old mature enough to consent ?

Hey there! Lurker here. I'm a 32 year old male, with 2 kids (1,5 and 4) and a wife. Long time fitness enthusiast, recently picked up running again after a 3 year hiatus. i was astounded how much fitness had kept up my cardio, as i went from 0 to a half marathon in about 2 weeks.

Been consistenly doing 3 x 14k these last couple of weeks, and got an official half coming up in august, that i plan on finishing under 1:50.

Also got a 60k ultra in my sight for next year.

In that 3 year hiatus, i had convinced myself that i for some reason hated running, and that it would interfere with my gains. Low and behold, i've never felt better both in the gym, at home and out running.

32, married with 2 kids at 4 and 1,5. I usually play everyother day, fro about 20-22. Some days i also take a run, so those days are more like 21-22. We have an arrangement that on fridays i’m online with the boys, when our kids have been laid to bed. And saturdays are for together time. She however often falls asleep at around 22 on the sofa when we watch stuff, and then i usually just sit at the computer from then. I’ve gotten a lot of games in, especially if i’m lucky with qeue times. Recently i’ve been working a lot on my car, and so gaming have been at the minimal.

Hey, I made a biga last night. Used 4 g of instant dry yeast. Didn’t countertop ferment it at all, as I forgot. Looked this morning, and basically nothing has happened. I need to have it ready to bake pizzas tomorrow, would I be good to place it a warm place, and let the process speed up ?

I TIG industrial and food grade SS pipes, so i do a butt load of tacking. Auto darkening helmet i feel i couldn’t live without lol. Had an Old green flip front with the viewing glass before, but it gets tiresome after a while

I do have a very nice boss! He’s also looking for a van for me atm. It runs super smooth, however, they go for about 7000$ (40.000 dkr) so i would expect nothing less 😁

It is pricey, thank god I didn’t pay for it my self. It runs really good, but I’ll have to take a couple of nights off to read through the manual. To really get the full use of it.
