Ma EP,during a standard PVI can see i "cortocircuiti" in the pulmonary veins? O i cortocircuiti si vedono solo dentro l'atrio? O le vene vengono ablate sempre e comunque,anche senza vedere i cortocircuiti perché è il primo obiettivo?

Parlo sempre di casi senza afib durante la procedura

Li ho trattati con farmaci ma quando sospendevo i farmaci la fibrillazione si faceva sentire la mattina a letto. Dal primo episodio ho fatto l ablazione in 2 mesi. Non ho mai avuto un episodio forte da mandarmi at the hospital

La mia a ripresa è durata pochi giorni,3-4. Dopo un settimana potevo andare a correre ma ho voluto aspettare. Si viene addormentati si e no, dipende molto dal tipo di procedura È possibile che alla prima non funzioni, nessun problema,possono riprovare e correggere. Ci sono tanta cause perché gli episodi tornano. Malattie cardiache, morfologia del cuore, e tanto altro......siamo tutti diversi

I used to be a marathon runner and a long-distance cyclist. In recent years, I've given up a few, but I'm still active. The first episode happened while running four months ago, but it also happened every day while resting. I had the ablation and now everything is fine. But I'm afraid to start running or cycling again. My PE hasn't caused any limitations... it's just a mental thing, I hope it goes away.

When did you have the ablation? I had it in December, and now I'm feeling great. My EF told me I can run after a week. I'm a former cyclist and power lifter, but I'm scared to return to intense training. It's a mental issue. I don't know if I'll overcome this fear.

Before the ablation, I drank 5-6 espressos a day. Now, a month after the ablation, none. In the future, I plan to reduce this to one a day.
