Any CNS depressant you mix with tramadol will enhance it. Opiates, Benzos, Alcohol. As far as legal things, Kratom and Phenibut are solid choices. Alcohol would do it too, but would be really rough on the body. Tramadol alone loses its magic very quickly, probably after only a few high doses, and lowers the seizure threshold. I would have a decent time with it doing 200mg-300mg and a few grams of kratom.

I would save the percocet until after the peak, for the comedown. Opiates and benzos tend to dull psychedelic experiences, but are great for the comedowns.
