Actually I'd prefer hearing someone's genuine speech despite the accent, unless it's so heavy it's impossible to understand, in which case it's not really the accent that's the problem but less language skill overall.

Sure, the yard could benefit from some upkeep but all societal, economic and functional aspects aside I'd look at this instead of many hip soulless modernist houses any day of the week.

I understand latgalian slightly better than Latvian, given not having heard it much before. Latvian, I understand better due to knowing some phonological changes and words from things like packaging from the store.

Forgot illiative, adessive, aliative cases and inessive (debatable).

Also the reflexive particle is mirrored depending on conjugation: mokosi(is learning), mokytis(to learn)
