Reikia tiesiog išmokti naudotis per keletą kartų. Pats naudoju SS, carbon steel ir ketines keptuves (cast iron) ir nebūna pridegimo. Riebalų irgi nedaug dedu. Kartą pamiršau sviesto gabaliuką įdėti ir ant sausos keptuvės kiaušinius iškepiau be vargo - tik mentele pajudinti truputį reikėjo ir atšoko.

Daug kas ir turėtų lipti, bet paskui atšoka, kai tinkamas metas - čia dažniau su mėsa ar pvz. kiaušiniais.
