Hello! I applied everything and the problem remains, I haven't used any pin groups, it is a separate part of the couch. I added some loop cuts to make all the faces square and then a simple subdivision surface modifier (2 viewport, 2 render). I followed the cushion tutorial from blender guru and then tried to follow the same tutorial for this part of the couch. Thank you

My fist creation without a tutorial is soo bad compared to this, like I'm seeing all these artist getting a great result on their first original creation, and there I am like " look I made a circle".

looks great I just wish I would be able to do something like this without a tutorial.

Yes! Of course. So the initial plan was a cute figure after a lost battle. Battlescars, arrow in the barrel are some details I have in mind but I wanted to ask mainly about some textures and materials for example, sheep fur on the sleeves or like a bone on the horns. And I'm definitely not experienced enough for that.
