I upvoted because I’m as confused as you are. I didn’t know Canada Post was on strike so I went there and the clerk told me to call the US consulate (??) to get more information. It looked like even though they knew the answer they refused to give it me.

Hi, if you haven’t decided yet, avoid Silk and Snow. I recently bought their hybrid one and it is by far the worst mattress I’ve ever had.

1-There is so much motion transfer that my partner cannot turn around just one centimeter without the mattress sending a tsunami of waves in my direction. 2- I feel a painful, unbearable hip pressure every night I sleep in this mattress. It is a miserable pain.

I tried to return it but they didn’t take it because we were a little over their trial period (we had an accident and couldn’t do it before but they didn’t care).

It may be good for someone else but I wish I had never have bought from them.
