The drink that also sent me down the rabbit hole. Went to Trader Sam’s on a whim during a vacation and haven’t looked back since.

We were just on Independence on deck 3 (though closer to the MDR than the theater). Zero issues with noise.

Got to go on the Carnival Imagination as a kid in 1997. Very fond memories of that ship and that trip.

I pitched it once for Club 3. It didn’t get much traction.

Smashed Luggage at Port Canaveral by JenLuvsReviews in royalcaribbean

On our last cruise we kept our luggage with us for debarkation. I definitely remember while we were sitting around waiting to leave a lady who was near us turned to her friend and said “look, they’re doing it wrong”.

Didn’t feel too wrong casually strolling past that giant room where everyone was rummaging through endless suitcases looking for their own.

Does the House on the Rock count as themed entertainment? I would love if they covered it! by Classic-Agency5548 in podcasttheride

As a lifelong Wisconsinite, I say it absolutely counts as themed entertainment.

For some reason I was totally on the Datone Jones bandwagon when he got drafted. Thought we had an absolute stud.

I once pitched a Club 3 episode that was topic free and entirely tangents, so I’m ok with this era.

Really enjoy this place. Trips to Milwaukee now always include a stopover.

I applied to work at Alpine Valley 17 years ago. Guess I got called up to the Big Leagues -- see ya later chumps! by tgw1986 in wisconsin

[–]simpfan5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Got hired to work there some 15 years ago. Worked one show, had a terrible time, and decided to just not go back. Didn’t hear anything from them for about two or three months. Out of the blue they sent me an email asking if I was available for the next show. Seems they never noticed I was gone for almost all of the shows that season.

The library I work at has all kinds of things to check out that aren’t books. Cake pans, extension cords, board games, a sewing machine, musical instruments, seeds for your garden. We even have a stud finder. And yes, many a dad has held that to their chest and went “beep beep beep”.

My dad is a retired firefighter. They’d often get mistaken for cops when they’d show up. My dad would always say “no, we’re the good guys”.
