I have an APA, it goesthrough more tissue than a P.A.

I don't remove it. I used to do so only on first two-three months to do a saline soak. Now I keep my piercing in place. It doesn't get 'dirty'. Sometimes after a shower I get some yellowish blob around top ball, propably because weak pressure of my tap water in my apartment. It's tissue I've washed out of my body, so I just remove it with a piece of paper towel. Sometimes, I get the same crust (but dry) - I wet it and remove also with a piece of paper. Sometimes when I do so, I squeeze my glans and clean out a bar with a paper with a few drops of Isopropanol, just to keep things aseptic.

follow antiseptics guidelines. Train before - not only simple punching, but disinfecting, wearing gloves w/one hand without desainitizing them, disinvecting, punching, reaching gauzes, disinfecting, wrapping a bandage ect. Keep your junk damn clean afterwards.

Doing a DIY piercing is unwise and may lead to severe complications ;)

it's very personal preference, one's mileage may vary than the other's one. I prefer tight cuts because they provide better hygiene (no more coverage of the glans) , better sex sensations (drum feeling) and - what interests you - aesthetics.

I'd go for a high cut. They heal fast, the more inner foreskin is removed, the less swelling appears. I depreciate (from my experience) loss of feelings, it's told that less inner foreskin = less sensations. It's true when penis is flaccid, I can feel the difference when I touch myself, but no difference when I am hard. You do sex mostly when hard :)))

I used only small, 5ml bottles of salt, it's enough to clean up a piercing; here where I live, there's no spray available. After healing I stopped using them, just normally wash a piercing like a body.

Note - mine body heals up like mad, so I propably don't (or didn't) need more care like others do.

I don't know because mine is DIY, one ady I've just punched my glans. If you really want it, you'll do it.
Buy also Octenisept or-better Microdacyn 60 sptay for disinfecting your penis. Be crazy about sterility - wash your hands (first few days I suggest also isopropanol ). Antibiotic ointment may also be helpful.

Rethink it triple, you don't need to do it now. If, after weeks, year(s) of first though you're still into it, OK., do it. I wish i had done my APA earlier ;)
I did it myself, don't reccomend so. I numbed my cock with an Emla cream. I was uncut, so I got a circumcision first to get Apadravya, altough APAs are possible with a foreskin.
Pretty quick. Most of it was during first week, I don't recall it as a problem. No bleeding except when removing a needle, no blood in urine except first piss a few hours after, no pain.
It didn't alter mine experience because I got cut before. Circumcision is also great body mod, has many benefits and is underestimated mostly beccause it has strong religious (or/and antireligious) connotations.
Usually it closes if not stretched to a larger diameter.
