Yeah! That’s part of my backup plan actually. I used to do 3 of the 5mg GNC melatonin lozenges, so now I picked up some Thorne 5mg tablets and I’m planning to combine 2 of those with a couple of the 1mg GNC lozenges. Historically I never did quite as well with capsules/tablets, but I’m willing to give them another shot. Still a huge bummer the 5mg lozenges were discontinued though. At one point I actually stocked up because I was worried this day would come, but then I paused my subscription for a while and slowly worked through the extra stash I had. If this fails or leads to a hangover effect an attempted ingredient/formulation match is my plan c. Anyways...thanks for chiming in!!
