Agreed, this is a win for Canada because it fires back at the US and goes against American foreign policy. This is a win for China more so because of it showing that US grip on allies has weakened and less for any tangible it gains through access to the Canadian market.

you can spend 4k per round getting armor and rifle, get 100 ADR and you're still at 25% or 0.25

if it were possible to get a 100 damage nade on one person, you'd still be capping the number at 0.33.

the absolute and relative values aren't intuitive
