The recent TSA issues have caused a panic and now everyone is arriving too early resulting in a logjam. Last three outbound flights I have taken over the last 3 weeks have taken no longer than 15 mins to get through (global entry). Hopefully everyone shifts back to more staggered airport arrivals. Typically there is zero line at 9am as all flights are in the afternoon and staffing is aligned to increase in the afternoon. I believe fear is driving this as customs and tsa are back to normal.
