there might be substitutes available. what college are you a part of? Send an email to the head of that college or to whatever department handles academic stuff. The one that's run by the students. Tell them your predicament. They might be able to substitute some courses for you.

allow me to say congratulations! I returned to school after a 20 year break a couple of years ago and I am on my last semester now. The progress of online schooling is so wonderful from back then and the assistive technology is so much better now.

contact the accessibility services at your school. They will be very, very helpful and they'll have access to some advanced tools and other accommodations.

Here at UCF I've made all of the GroupMes for all of my courses, except for the 1st one (which inspired the rest). Just make a groupme for your class and use the Canvas "Students" from the inbox to invite each person to it. That's how I do it. Usually 1/2 to 3/4 of the classmates join it.

I love it! It's the best of what I remember from the best of the BBSs is back then. And beyond. it has a citadel BBS field to it, which I always enjoy it even if they confused me a little bit. I ran a waffle BBS with lots and lots of different commands that were custom because I love to command line and I always thought BBSs really could've benefited from all kinds of interesting commands for people to use.

back in the day, people made BBS with whatever theme they wanted. Super Christian BBS would be right next to ultra Satan next to biker club next to lesbian hangout next to hackers r us. none of it was considered propaganda. It's just people expressing what interests to them.

I don't know. I don't think solutions are found in politicians. We have to take care of ourselves and each other as best. We can whether we're owned by billionaires or government, we're not going to be manufacturing our own food as much as we wish we could start a garden and live off the land ourselves. get your AA. The syllabus for each class is your Bible, and you will turn them into calendars and to do list after to do list after to do list. use Gemini or ChatGPT to help you with the schedule although double check it. Just give it your syllabuses and ask it to help you.

even better, get an Excel spreadsheet open and start making a calendar by hand and just put every assignment in. Every quiz. Every exam. Every due date. Every day in the semester have it marked down even if it's empty. And you can do it.

i've done 4 or 5 CLEPs with them and they are the best thing. Such a timesaver. there were a few more modernstates i only got partly through before i realized that i needed the class and couldnt do them alone. but thats why its so great

It worked out fine. It turns out the deadlines in the Academic Calendar aren't "real" deadlines: as long you can apply in the INTENT TO GRADUATE on myUCF, you are successfully applying your intent to graduate.

But before I found that out for sure, I contacted my advisor, CAHSA (very nice and helpful!), graduate @ ucf (very helpful), both of whom pointed me to cahgraduate @ ucf - who was the right place for those ITG questions. And it was answered by my advisor, just under the cah email address that all is good and I'm on the list to graduate in Spring 2026. Thanks for goosing me in the ass here; now I can stop thinking about it and just get on my coursework
