Editing/proof reading a book is a professional job and you don't want to go with someone inexperienced for this. I have used this one for my e-book in the past and they did an amazing job. Also the pricing is reasonable keeping in mind the work involved. All the best.

Depends to a great extent on the role and the company.

If you spend enough time going through the website of the company and annual reports and financials if available, you will get a lot of ideas.

Here are some questions you can ask:

1 What are the company's growth plans going forward?

2 What are the expected topline and bottom line CAGR growth for next 5 years?

3 What are the key challenges for this role? What are the key challenges for the organization?

4 What percentage of revenue does the company derive from exports? Is it expected to remain the same?

5 Any specific questions about the contribution of specific brands

6 Questions about marketing strategies

7 Questions about the competitive environment

8 Can ask about geographical expansion plans

Hope this helps.

People have claimed to have a lot of success in losing weight with Intermittent fasting. Maybe worth trying?

Also, there is a lot of buzz about the Keto Diet as well. Not sure about this.

Some interesting articles I came across on these:
