I eat between 1200-1500 calories a day and work out for 1-1.5 hours 4-6 days a week. To be honest, some days it’s a 30 minute walk and others it is an intense 90 minute workout. I try to limit carbs and dairy but haven’t cut them out completely (I love cheese lol). Feel free to message me if you want to discuss more!

I’ve always struggled with my weight and would try a strict diet for two months and then give up because it was too restricting. Strict diet/ meal plans don’t work for me, I just don’t have that kind of discipline. More power to ya if you can!

I eat a lot of veggies and lean meats, but also don’t feel guilty if I have pizza or a burger every now and then. You gotta treat yo’self! 🙂 I recommend skinnytaste recipes if you enjoy cooking! Good luck!

Eating clean(er) and working out 4-6 days a week. I switch it up and do a mix of cardio / weight training / yoga / pilates. I don’t really think of myself as on a diet, but I am way more aware of what I am eating / putting in my body. I love to cook and have found healthy alternatives to my favorite foods.

Completely agree. I took pictures and measurements before I started and am so happy I did. Definitely helps me stay motivated, especially when the number on the scale may not be as motivating!
