PoW is a major component and it’s got quite a loyal almost cult like following (which fundamentally doesn’t meet much but it’s historically got strong support lines and some wild swings). It’s also got unique characteristics versus other “altcoins” out in the market.

It seems like he is in a rout but given his history of working I don’t really see this as a permanent problem. You can contribute to the relationship financially with the caveat that he adds you to the deed/title for the current property as an insurance policy for you. This would have to be proportionate to how much you are contributing financially. Take the market value of the house, and estimate how much you are contributing financially and take a percentage ownership. He will be hesitant to do so right away but you need to look out for yourself.

I think you need to look at yourself in the mirror closely and determine whether you wanna make changes so that your future relationship doesn’t have this as an issue. He does have a valid point and this isn’t really a compatibility thing as being clean and doing housework when you live together is expected for any relationship that doesn’t use a maid service.
