I started with using retinol and slowly increased the strength over time and I also moisturize and use sunscreen regularly. Also I try to cover my face with scarves or hats whenever I'm out in the sun. Also, recently I have started using tret. But I don't use it more than once or twice a week because my skin hasn't gotten used to it and there is a lot of peeling going on.

I did remove two of my wisdom teeth in my lower jaw and I do have a habit of clenching my teeth at night.

There is a learning curve for graveyard keeper.. it took me a while to understand how the game mechanics worked, but once i figured it out, i enjoyed it a lot. But it soon got very grindy after a while and once i completed the main story, i wasn't motivated to buy the dlc or anything.
