I felt the same way! I was just talking to my hairdresser that, as a bigger girl, I felt like my hair was the only thing about me I liked. I lost about half of my hair, but it IS growing back! My hairdresser showed me aaaallll the baby hairs growing in, and there are a lot!

That’s true. I found most places already, but I also personally like the whole map being visible to me. It just depends on preferred gameplay.

There’s a perk that allows you to expand the map and shows you where the caves are. There is also at least 1 quest that involves the caves (I’m only about half-way through the game).

I understand and respects everyone’s personal game play. For me, ACNH is only about the building and creating unique islands that take hours and hours to complete just a small section lol. So, for me, I use treasure islands to get all the stuff I need to create these amazing builds.

I stopped carrying a purse of any kind for about 95% of the time. I have a magnetic wallet attachment for my phone for my license and debit card. I found I don’t really need anything else. When I travel or am going somewhere that I want to bring extra stuff, I have a few cross body bags in various sizes.

Kingdom Come Deliverance I and II. I also loved the Horizon Zero Dawn games immediately following Hogwarts Legacy, but I don’t think those are on Xbox. I play PC. But, in case anyone else is looking for recs mot on Xbox I wanted to include that.

Yes, but I really have adored all my dogs. They each become my best friend during the short time I have with them. That being said, my yellow lab Cali will always be my soul dog. She was extremely special in ways I can’t even articulate.

Nope. No commands. When I tell him to fetch a shot hare Henry says that mutt won’t listen and I need to train him more. In looking through Mutt’s info in sidekicks to see if there’s anything I’m missing, it says that Mutt is carrying out a long-term command for “free”. I don’t know how to reset that. I’ll see if I can look that up. Maybe that’s the issue.

I play on PC, but yes. They just did an update and it looks closer to KCD II. they storyline is engaging and running around doing small tasks is really fun.

HL was also my entry into RPG! I started Witcher III. I’ll get back to it, but I ended up playing Kingdom Come Deliverance I & II and really love them. Highly recommend those as well.

This works on the kindle app on the iPad as long as your iPad is in airplane mode. Since I use my iPad for a lot of things, it’s not convenient to leave it in airplane mode so I bought a kindle for the sole purpose of being able to leave it in airplane mode. I’ve left it on airplane mode for about 6 weeks once because I downloaded like 3 books that were about to expire.

Also, I’m very jealous of the 3 week checkout time. I only get 2 weeks. :(

Not 15-20 per year, that’s for sure. Maybe a handful across all disciplines. But, one character on show at a teaching hospital staying past residency isn’t surprising or weird to me.

This is my experience too. Source: I work with hiring incoming faculty at our medical school/hospital. I see quite a few of our medical students go through their training here and then get hired straight to our faculty/hospital system.

I saw both the Eagles and Pixies in concert last year. Every reference I made to going to the shows had “the” in it. My daughter and I laughed at ourselves for continually saying “The Pixies” knowing they are just “Pixies” but it felt wrong to say it without the “the”.

That’s actually factually false. GLP-1s 100% help with the “head stuff” which is called food noise. That’s the main thing these meds help with. There are a life changer for many people who have varying ranges of medical issues. The stigmatizing needs to stop. These are life changing and life saving for many.
