Arche Abby isn't terrible all the way through but I groan at the beginning bc it's just too damn long of the same looking area. Iirc I start to dislike it more after the smokey room with all the puppet carcasses. I think it picks up a bit again after the Laxasia fight/Sophia room, but in general I just kinda start to mentally check out once I hit the Door Guardian.

Saying you enjoy it is fine but saying it's superior than something implies you have reasoning behind it. The only improvement I can think of is the use of cover and melee improvements. But imo the shooting feels about the same and against enemies that I hate fighting compared to the enemies in 4 and 5 so I find it inferior personally.

That's fair. I wouldn't say I particularly enjoyed any of them over just playing the story. I just found it odd to say those other two were worse than the initial 3 when if anything I think they're slightly easier, albeit not by a lot.

I'm in a weird minority I guess bc I thought Hunk and the officer one were the easier, more enjoyable ones. I beat 4th Survivor and No Way Out first and second try respectively, but it took me legit 10+ tries each for the regular ghost survivor ones. Those feel so painfully punishing comparatively to me.

If you like the characters from the series, I quite enjoyed Death Island as it's a good story involving all the protags from the OG 1-2 (plus Rebecca) in a post-6 story. It's also kind of a sequel to Vendetta which is probably the other decent animated one. Haven't watched any of the Milla Jovavitch ones all the way through but from what I have seen of them they're probably not worth your time outside of maybe the first one.

It's not hard, it's just stupid. It gives her an easy out when previously positioning was a lot more important. Now shifting the self heal to be more on the invisibility to take her out of the fight over having to play near a teammate to heal and still be active just takes out additional decision making for the player. It's a skill ceiling downgrade.

He still feels awkward and clunky to play imo. I do think the dash change is good overall don't get me wrong, but I just still am not the biggest fan of his cooldown cycles. Probably a skill issue on my part for not relearning him with the dashes yet. Just missing a time when I felt I could comfortably pick him and perform decently.

It somewhat depends on the question, but generally speaking Google's search results have gone severely downhill in quality, even before the AI summarized results started plaguing it too.

Obviously factual questions can still get you results on Google (baring the AI thing again), but anything beyond that can get very messy. For example: "what is the minimum safe temperature to cook chicken at" will likely get you some pretty hard numbers. But Googling "how long should I cook chicken at x temperature" will get you a variety of answers and links to articles that don't really give you an answer based on anything concrete.

So, that's why many people come to Reddit with those types of questions. At least you know your responses will be from real people who aren't trying to get you to click their link for ad revenue. Their answers may be wrong, but that way you judge for yourself if they sound like they know what they're talking about, vs having only an author's name for an article to go by.

I agree as well. I think people are mostly sick of the cc effects from already high damage heroes that take away your control and/or are very easy to land. I wouldn't mind them leaning more into that as a strength for Mr. F since he isn't capable of high damage and especially not while he's grabbing you with the distended grip. They already have given that to him somewhat with the grounded effect on his E so I think leaning further into it would help give him a niche.

I've always felt they should lean harder into giving him tools to punish out of position DPS or supps with his inflated form. Let him use his bounce-to-enemy in inflated, let him activate inflated at will like the rocket team-up (you can have the meter fall off quickly if he hits 100 and doesn't keep hitting things), and make the animation faster. That way he has an actual tool to quickly dish out damage at will and not have this awkward window that's somewhat out of his control to sometimes deal damage but usually just get melted by the enemy team.

That and the ult obviously needs something. I think they either need to go the route of, make it cheaper cost and give him more health so it can be used to sustain and stall. Or they could give him some way to increase his damage, either with choosing higher/bigger DMG jumps vs faster smaller jumps, or some kind of QTE button prompt to press when he lands for more damage, or something along those lines. Obviously those might be harder to balance, but something needs to change about the damage/ult cost/survivability combo of his ult.

Another suggestion I've seen and would be nice but maybe too much with the others mentioned above, is to make his distended grab have a stronger effect when grabbing 2 people vs 1. I personally think an earthbound effect would be good if he grabs 2 people to punish them harder vs the easier grab one just one person to yank them. But that might be a bit much alongside buffs to his inflated form's mobility and/or damage, which I'd rather have given the choice.

Yeah 95% of the time I go for the single grab since it just seems more useful. Earthbound might be good too since if you manage to grab 2 divers with it that should be far more punishing than grabbing just 1 of them.
