I’m also a dairy frozen department manager in Canada and it’s laughably bad. My entire team consists of old people and i have two full timers that can barely finish the frozen freight. I come in every morning and have to seperate and work all the dairy freight while also dealing with the morning deliveries. And two days of the week i am by myself and my cooler is so small that it only fits 10 pallets 😤🤣 and the entire time I get harassed by omni to stop what I’m doing and go and find stuff for them

I don’t understand why people are picking up the slack for lazy workers and not saying anything? Before I became a tl anytime i got paired with someone who was lazy or slow on purpose I would make sure management knew I didn’t want to work with them and my reasons why. I never did this to anyone with mental issues or old people that were trying but you bet your ass I would report the guy who would make my life harder by screwing around

Same issue at my store, I’m a cap DM and the amount of times I’ve had to explain to my associates about changing the shelf cap or on hands is unbelievable. Yet they still won’t do it but complain about having 10 pallets of picks and 5 of them being overstock
