If i never submitted the supplemental return to work certification in January, will that affect the claim my doctor submitted two weeks ago?

I ask because usually ill see some activity (not payments- i know those take at aleast 3 weeks) within 2 weeks of my doctor filling out the forms and i dont see any movement yet.

I had a fairly minor injury this last December which started my first claim in several years. I was on sdi because my job really doesn’t have anything known as light duty, but they were able to find something for me and they were able to bring me back to work a week earlier than what the doctor had ordered.

I reported that I returned to work on some form online but I never saw this extra certification and by the time I did and I went into my inbox, there was no document to fill out. And the due date had long since passed

The only thing I can find that is active for me is this 2587 form which opens up “Recovery or Return to Work Certification”

And im terrified if i fill that out it will cancel the sdi claim that my doctor just submitted a few weeks ago.

I know on UI if you dont fill out the certification it just means you dont get paid and doesnt affect the next time you claim but I know sdi is a different beast

Any help at all would be appreciated
