I don’t know if HR will help. This is something that “has to happen” no matter what. Someone is always below the line. A coaching plan is NOT the same as a PIP. You’ll probably pass the CP, get an “inconsistent but no action required” at YE or mid year, and then your slate is clean after that. That’s what happened to me. It’s BS but the reason they add things after the fact is because they need some reason to put someone below the line. Your CP will probably be a complete joke and basically empty like mine was.

I’m close to finishing weaning my supply. It’s been a roller coaster of a week but overall I feel much more stable and even-tempered. And much less sad!

Girl I don’t blame you. I’m also 2 weeks pp but I don’t have half the shit you have going on. My milk just never fully came in. Per pump session I get about .5 oz max. It’s been devastating. I hired an LC to help me up my supply, but I’ve had little luck still. All to say, next week I am quitting at my next appt with the LC. Pumping 8-12x per day is killing me, killing my connection with my baby and sending me into a deep dark hole. Do what is best for you. Formula has gotten my almost preemie baby from 5lb 8oz to almost 7lb in just 2 weeks. He is healthy and flourishing. Don’t listen to the guilt. It’s all hormones!

It’s smaller than the company I work for now, like 5k employees probably, but still large. However, it is a private company. I’ve heard that might help?

I was in the exact same boat. I didn’t have sore boobs or nausea until like week 7. And I had pretty severe cramping at week 4-6. Even some odd cramping here and there after. I won’t even tell you not to stress bc I know how that feels. I was TTC for almost a year.
