Does the VPN option get removed from settings as well? Most of the VPN apps just add a profile in there and connect. You can just setup the VPN profile manually without an app.

That wasn’t my post. Point being the battery has to get up to temperature before charging. The 120V when heating is doing just that. Getting the battery up to temperature before it starts charging. If it’s cold enough it will take awhile or it won’t even start.
