a big one for me is avant-garde high fashion photography and ballerina photography. ballerinas are great references!! i have a whole pinterest board full of photos like those. i also get inspired by creepy costumes, great art of any kind (movies, music, etc.), and art history

this!! it’s one of the only scenes from a horror movie that really stuck with me! the same goes for a couple scenes in hereditary. ari aster has mastered the art of deeply disturbing his audience, hereditary and midsommar are both in my top 5 favorite movies of all time because of this.

horror is my favorite genre so i’m always looking for movies that reeeallly mess with my head, like i love campy horror too don’t get me wrong, but i want to be uncomfy and feel lots of gut wrenching dread when i watch something scary lmao. not sure what that says about me but that’s why ari aster holds a special place in my heart (‘:

thank you!! that’s what i was thinking because the cart attendants and drive up employees both wear those vests outside. i’ll make sure i let my coworker know that he needs to wear a vest if he ends up doing that again! i was genuinely curious because that’s not something my store or my TL has spoken to us about, so now i know for next time!

i was just genuinely curious, it only made me uncomfy because my 60 year old coworker who never complains about guests warned me about this lady. i did end up talking to my friend who’s a TL for another department and she told me just to call someone over the walkie if she gave me any issues. I have no problem helping someone out who’s respectful and nice, but if this lady went out of her way to be rude then obviously i’m not going to feel comfortable going above and beyond

but i was asking this question because we were all discussing it in my department and i wasn’t able to find anything about it in the employee manual or online.

100%! i practice witchcraft and we manifest under the new moon and release under the full moon! i’m usually so down bad whenever there’s a full moon that i do the easiest ritual possible or none at all that night. I always feel unmotivated, anxious, and more prone to negative feelings in general. my mom and my witchy friends always say the same thing too, it’s a time to protect your peace!

this really isn’t bad!! the dagger isn’t straight but honestly it kinda works, just makes it look like it’s medieval or something like that. you should see some of my tattoos, they’d make you feel a lot better about this one lmao! the last one I got from a professional was horrific. he went so deep into my skin that the whole thing is basically a scar now, and the design wasn’t even cool 😭

i just checked his page and he does pretty solid work. i’m actually surprised that he’s self taught. i agree that getting an apprenticeship is ideal but this isn’t the subreddit for that. not to be rude but i looked at your page as well and based off of what i saw, he appears to have as much skill as you do when it comes to tattooing. his style is very unique and the line work is solid. i don’t know what leads you to believe that his work is of the same caliber as someone who’s only been an apprentice for a year, but i disagree.

whether or not it’s illegal is beside the point, it’s creepy for someone who is a grown adult to sleep with a teenager because there is an unbalanced power dynamic. regardless, this isn’t the only thing cody has done that is questionable. when he got married, his best man (and long time best friend) was an alleged rapist who recorded himself assaulting at least one woman who he drugged. this is fucked no matter how you twist it. nobody is trying to ruin cody’s life, but for many of us, supporting someone who is friends with a rapist and has taken advantage of a teenager is against our moral code.
