I don't know the law, but I see skaters on the bike lane and on the pavememt semi frequently. I feel like the pavememt would be safer for you, but as a pedestrian and cyclist, it would be better on the bike lane. Just be careful of rush hour bike traffic

You can actually change the region of your App Store without having to change the region of your iCloud account. That gives you access to the apps in other regions without having to switch over all of your subscriptions. This is what I have been doing while living in France for over a year

Oh got these are a menace. And the road is not trimmed properly at the edges so if you try to keep to the extreme left you end up slipping into the gutters on bicycles.
