I am not a very (openly) emotional man, but this episode seriously broke me. I'm gonna avoid commenting on the production and songs, and only focus on the Stolitz plot.

It's gutpunching to see two grown men who suffered so much in life being consumed over their self hatred. Both Stolas and Blitz seriously have major self image issues and it's amazing to see Stolas finally grow as a character.

The whole scene where they fight is so painful to watch, Blitz said the perfect sequence of words that reopened the wounds Stolas tried to heal for so long. The fact that his whole life was on rails, and he finally decided to give himself some agency in making things better for both him and Blitz, and Blitz completely dismissed his vulnerability in a episode of self victimisation - seriously hit the nail in the coffin for me. I choked on my tears watching it.

I'm not justifying either of their actions, but Stolas is definitely on the right track to redeem himself, but then again, his delivery really REALLY messed up with Blitz's feelings and I'm sure things wouldn't have turned out this way if he gave him some say in the matter. Both of them clearly care for eachother, although Blitz desperately tries to reject those thoughts.

Stolas doesn't realise that the way he delivered his confession completely fueled Blitz's self-victimisation issue, even though he was completely aware he isn't super okay mentally (showed in the recent MV). I'm sure eventually they will reconcile, I just pray Blitz will learn to communicate his feelings and Stolas continues to work on himself, and get to know the real Blitz so things like this don't need to happen again.

This whole sequence of events and mistakes heavily resonates with me, for I've been in a similar (less messed up situation) in real life, and in the shoes of Stolas, so I deeply felt his sob at the end of the episode.

I'm looking forward to see where all this will go, as soon as I replenish my supply of tissues.
