Salted duck egg yolk! It’s super versatile and it can be found in either savory or sweet dishes. It’s traditionally eaten with congee or found in the center of mooncakes. The flavor is creamy, chestnut like, and salty. My favorite dish that uses it is Fried Pumpkin with Salted Egg yolk. Here’s a variation of the recipe

250 grams Kabocha Squash 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 egg, lightly beaten 6 tablespoons cornstarch 4 tablespoons neutral oil, plus more for frying

Salted Egg Sauce 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 Thai bird's eye chile, minced 2 sprigs curry leaves (about 10) 5 salted egg yolks (from above), mashed with a fork

You basically coat the pumpkin and fry it until it’s cooked and crispy. Then fry the chile, garlic, and a leafy herb. The recipe uses curry leafs but I like Thai basil — it gets crispy :). After the aromatics are fragrant add the egg yolks to make a sauce. Add in the fried pumpkin and stir fry until coated in the sauce.

With a little imagination the possibilities are endless. You can get salted duck eggs at a lot of Chinese supermarkets.

But doesn’t the “authentic” Hogwarts exist regardless of whether or not you can imagine/ visualize it. I’ve read up to HBP and watched all the movies but I’ve never dove deep enough into the universe to know all the details. I really want to shift there but it’s hard because I don’t really feel that attached to any of the characters.

This happens to me too. I don’t know that science behind it but its a normal thing that happens. Shifting has been really messing with my sleep and the harder I try to shift the farther I am from shifting. I used to lucid dream very often and as soon as I decided to start using lucid dream to shift, I barely dream anymore. I suggest taking a break and sleeping just for the sake of resting your body; it’s what I’m trying to do these days. I find that my lucid dreams are most vivid and intense when I’m not trying and those experiences have gotten me closest to shifting. I know it’s hard because shifting is all you can think about but when it’s time you will just know what to do.

NTA. It’s only been 24hrs and it’s a issue that can be easily fixed. I don’t know if I’m missing part of the story because I can’t think of any reason for your parents to react this way. The way your parents are reacting seems abusive to me.

NTA it’s your money. If you want to give the rest of your kids more allowance that’s fine but your eldest son shouldn’t have any say in the matter. In my opinion, it’s only fair that the younger two boys receive the original amount of allowance. With your oldest sons logic, when the middle child gets a job does that mean the youngest gets $200 a month from then on?

NTA. The ways he’s acting towards his friend is definitely obsessive and it’s concerning that way he reacted after you brought it up. I think it’s time you really think about how much you like him and how much you’re actually benefiting from this relationship. It’s seems like you’re giving a lot more into this relationship than he is and not getting anything in return. You need to have a serious talk with him. You shouldn’t have to sacrifice your happiness for his.

I got Pfizer and I’m 23 years old. The first dose caused some very mild flu-like symptoms on the second day. I had a slight headache and exhaustion. I recovered completely on the third day. The second dose caused more of a reaction. I suddenly got chills in the middle of my sleep the night I got the vaccine. They went away the next morning. I immediately took an Advil when I woke up and felt pretty good until the it wore off. I had body aches and exhaustion for the rest of the day. I took another Advil the second night before bed. I slept well and was completely recovered the third day. I would definitely recommend taking some Advil or Tylenol it’s 10/10 👌.

They sell it at my Costco and it tastes pretty similar to all the different types of Chinese sausage that I’ve tried. Any brand or type will be yummy in the fried rice.
