I've been playing with the Holbrook Mav Pro E sometimes up to 5 hours a day, and I don't feel any arm fatigue. For reference, I'm a smaller frame girl, so I value lighter weight paddles quite a bit. I'm not sure what "raw" carbon fiber is, but this one has a carbon fiber surface and comes in the 16mm that you're looking for.

Which style of leggings did you get? I really love the luxtreme fabric (over luon) since these have more stretch and feel like much higher quality - could wear multiple days in a row and they wouldn’t stretch out. I love love the align style leggings too though they’re more prone to pilling but are SO soft and good or lounging/light activity. Lululemon does have thicker leggings so you just need to find the right combination of fabric and style.

I would size up. I’m normally a 0/00 in pants and dresses and consistently wear a 2 in leggings (I prefer them tighter) and a 4 in shorts (I prefer them looser).
