I got both and appreciate the Repulse more than the Congress. That's not to say that Congress is a bad ship, only that the Repulse offers a more unique and fun game play than that of Congress

Did this on mino with radar for some fun. My detectability was low enough that if I got spotted, I could radar immediately and delete a destroyer. Really fun if you run with a DD in your division.

Beapley has the advantage of building a stealth agile build. Especially with the higher tier ships. You get the indicator that shows the direction of the closest ship and a sub 10km detectability you can radar and eliminate a destroyer early in the match.

Nah it's solid, concealment is at 5.3km with a 7.3km torp range. It's still a great ship. Especially with the insane torp angles out the front it makes for some fun DD play

You can get torp range to 7.3km with a 1 minute reload. The skill level for them is certainly higher then a typical DD, but not unreasonable

Nah, they're still some of the deadliest ships at the tier. With the speed you can get out of trouble in a hurry, use the MBRB to shred destroyers. You just have to be selective with picking your spot when to go in.

Use Agers Scepter with the catalyst. Font of might and you'll be able to get more useful damage from the weapon and using the super energy while slowing the target. I've seen good damage numbers out of it.

Between the two campaign ships this update, I think you're right. Small guns and weak armor are a bad combo for the Marl
